Fm Transmitter & MP3 Player

Looks like TOMTOM is abandoning the FM transmitter, and the MP3 player on their new units. To me that was one of the best features for the long commutes.

Welcome to the forum, the last device from TomTom with the FM Tx and mp3 player was the 940 which was only sold in Europe, newer devices such as the x50 range do not have the FM Tx hardware fitted or have the mp3 player software enabled - A real shame as I liked these options although I tend to use Bluetooth audio out rather than the FM Tx as its less prone to interference and offers better sound quality - Mike
