Flashing red circle

Hi turned my 910 on and i am getting the flashing red circle with a white cross in. What does this indicate does anybody no what it means.

Try a pin reset on the unit.

Do you mean the little hole on the front or the one buy the power connection on the back.

It's on the back of the unit. Look for a hole marked 'reset'. See here

Flashing

Hi its still flashing the same even after pressing the reset button is there anything else i can try.

If it can connect to the computer, make a complete Explorer, not Home, backup of the unit's contents.

Then format the unit but don't use quickformat. Finally, use Explorer to restore the backed up data.

Thanks i will try what you said aIthough i am not that good on the PC i will try.

PS Forgot to mention unit is not charging battery aIthough the green light is on, is it windows explorer i use.
