Re: TomTom one 3rd Edition. My daughter bought this for her son and it hasn't worked well and now it doesn't work at all. It is our of warranty and I put a new battery in it and nothing happens. When I hook up the cable to the computer, the light goes on Green, but that's it nothing happens. I would like to send it to get fixed if it can be, but I don't know where to go with it. Help
