I am looking for the first aid information that my One 2nd has the icon for but no content. Is there a way to add this?

Yup.....download the files from the link below and simply copy the folder and
files onto the root folder of your TomTom (NOTE: a /helpme folder will be created on your TomTom with 3 subfolders)
