When I hit the first aid guide in the help me section, I get no information is available. Does any one know how to add the first aid back in the help me.
Thanks Ray

TT Home and restoring your device. By doing what to it.
How do you restore your TT do you lose in of the info you have put on it?
Thanks Ray

Go to TT home, log in, hit the right arrow to get to the second page. Once there look at the upper left icon, it should read "Back up and restore". Once open, click on the box that says "rerstore my device". That should work if you backed up your unit. Don't know if it will work if you didn't back it up. If not, you will have to call support. Good luck. Did you do anything to make it disappear? If not try the paper clip reset on the bottom of the unit.

As far as restoring your device from TT home, I would think it restores it to like new, removing anything you have added. But I am not sure.

If you've added any 3rd party applications to your GPS, it removes a couple icons because the 3rd party applications are built with Navcore 6's SDK, and the newest TTs come with Navcore 7, which isn't totally compatible. The first aid (and a couple other) icons are new to Navcore 7, so they get "lost" when you add a 3rd party application.
Go check out Birdman's webpage. He's got a lot of information on there - including an explanation about the missing icons and how you can get some of them back.

(Hope you don't mind the plug, Birdman!)

The first aid guide, from what I understand, is only available in Europe.
