Fingerprints on the screen

I have a new 730 and I am noticing more than my previous gps that since the screen gets washed out more the fingerprints are more revelant. I ususally keep a stylus in the car to operate the gps but sometimes its not convienent to grab the stylus and press what I need to press, its just easier to use your finger. I wipe off the screen everytime I get in the car for the first time.

Just wondering if there is any spray and wipe that would prevent or limit fingerprints on the screen. I searched google and found a few sprays but really not tested on gps screens from what I can see.

Thats was one of them, just wondering if anyone have used any of these types of solution or has a solution to the fingerprint issue.

Get this insteda http://cgi.ebay.com/GPS-SCREEN-PROTECTOR-LCD-TOMTOM-GO-920-720-520-T-ONE-XL_W0QQitemZ150265020922QQihZ005QQcategoryZ20336QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1713.m153.l1262. It resists fingerprints very well. No solutions or water are recommended to clean it, just use the soft cloth that comes with it. I have had very few prints but what small ones I get wipe right off. I use a stylus at home setting up int's and so on and it shows no evidence of the slightest scratch either. It appears this screen protector is going to last quite some time. They say, "We gurantee the best screen protector and will last longer then your device.". After 2 months of use I now believe them.

I will look into it. Does invisible shield by zagg prevent fingerprints also? I like their lifetime warranty and replacement policy. Anyone using any invisible shields on their tomtom?

Go to Wal-mart and locate the lint free cloth they use to clean glasses. I keep a pair with my in my car for my phone and TomTom.

I agree with Pedro...

I agree with Pedro, I use an eyeglass cleaning kit from Lenscrafters (purified water & microfiber cloth) for all of my LCD display gadgets, Oakley 12-752's, eyeglasses, and XLS screen.

It's also handy on marine GPS/ sonar screens, like Lowrance.

No shields for me...no scratches either.

About $5-$10 well spent! :D
