Finding POI's near your location or near home.

When I am looking for a particular POI, the TT lets me search near home, near current location, etc, but it only supplies POI's only within like a 2-3 mile radius. How can I increase that figure? What if I want it to look further, say like 50 miles out?

If I can't, this POI feature on the TT is EXTREMELY limited.....

I suggest you use 'Find POI in a city' if you need to search far out.

Or change your reference point somehow, because TT 920 only shows 24 POIs per search.

Hopefully they improve this in a later firmware update to show at least 48 items per search or allow a better search algorithm.

I have a slightly different POI question. Why do schools show up under "schools" and "colleges/universities?" I can't seem to see any colleges listed anywhere.
