Finding Favorites

I hope that this hasn't been asked before, but I can't find it mentioned in any of the threads that I've looked at. Does any one know where favorites are saved on a TomTom One LE? Every time I update something on my TomTom all my favorites disappear. I've looked in every folder in my unit and I cannot find any reference to favorites. Are favorites saved under some unusual file name? I saw several folders in there that didn't make much sense. I hope that someone has the answer to this so that I can just keep an updated backup to restore from if they disappear.

go to www.tomtom.com/support and search for flash tool.
Install and run it. It will slow your unit from losing your favorites.

I believe the favorites are stored in a file named Mapsettings.cfg which should be inside the folder with your maps.

Thanks guys for the quick reply to my message. I followed the link in Pedro2NR's reply but I didn't find any reference to "flash tool." What I finally did find though in one of the FAQs was that the favorites were saved in the mapsettings.cfg file. I then checked mine out and sure enough if you look at the file with Wordpad or any text editor the information is in there.
