Ferry ports not available

I have a Camper Go. Ferry port not recognised when planning a route

Can you be a bit more specific so we can help sort the problem out.

1. Which ferry port?
2. Are you using the Camper app or the GO Camper device (if so what are the first two characters of the serial number)?

Check that you haven't set "Avoid Ferries and car shuttle trains"
