Favourites

Hi, I have a Tom Tom one and an old address kept in favourites has been wiped off somehow. Is there any way I can recover the address in the Tom Tom software.

Have you got a backup containing the map folder and its associated files on your PC? if so you can copy the MapSettings.cfg file from the backup to the map folder on the device, this should recover your old Favourites - Mike
