TomTom Model(s)
7100 PRO
Hello,

I have this 7100 PRO where I have some custom POIs saved on and I was wondering if its possible to export them?
I have looked at some other threads which said to use plan.tomtom.com and match the account but im unable to find where I might be able to log in.

I have also tried tomtom's software but it didnt provide me any way to access POI data.

Could anyone help me out?

How did you get your custom POIs onto your 7100 to begin with?

You log into the planner in the upper right corner where it says Sign In.
On your 7100, it's main menu / TomTom Services.

I'm having trouble getting my 7100 to boot to walk through the menu system with MyDrive Connect. If you can't figure that step out, let us know. Perhaps someone else can get an old Nav3 device running and walk you through it more quickly. Which reminds me - you do need to get a copy of MyDrive Connect up and running if you haven't already done that (though again - no idea how you would have placed your POI files on your 7100 without all of this!)

Once you get the planner and your 7100 in sync, the 7100 will send any POI files to the planner that aren't already there, though I'd almost be surprised if they weren't already there.

Anyway, once on the planner, you can download them. Go to My Items and click on the little "POI files" area.

Then this will pop up. Select the triple dots to the right of the POI file you want and download it to your PC.

Hey, thanks for your response

I have logged into the planner but I have looked everywhere on the tomtom and I cant find anywhere to log into.
The services tab on the main screen doesn't work either (pressing any of the buttons there gets me stuck loading)

I am not sure on how I can sync the data between the tomtom and the planner
