Error Updating TTOne

Hello

I'm new here but I need your help. I have a TT One New Edition (green box), Apl. 7.900, Western Europe_1GB map v815.2024.
When I trie to update the TT One a error message appears: connecting server FAILURE

If this was during the download process (as contrasted to the install process), it may mean the TT server was acting up (again).

Try again.

Think you'll need to call Custom Support for this one.

Log into tomtom.com for your country. Select Support at the top. On the right side at the bottom is the phone number' (Phone us).
