Error Playing Audiobooks / MP3s

I'm having difficulty playing audiobooks on my GO 720.

I've transferred the audiobooks to my TomTom, and they appear in the MyJukebox folder, but when I select the books to play, I get a message saying "error during audio playback".

Just before this, I had to remove and then reinstall my applications because the device was freezing up.

Anyone know what it could be?

I am getting the same error. Did you ever get any resolution to your issue? If so, what was the fix?

Go to TT web site and download flash tool. Run this on your TT. I had same problem on my 720. I now have all my music, audiobooks on SD card which works fine and is easier to save data to. You can make seperate folders on the SD card for audiobooks and mp3's.
