when planning long routes getting "error during planning" messege.
someone has a solution?

You have to call Tomtom support....Your map is "history" !!!Same thing happened to me two months ago.I called them and they put a new one in my account...

This can happen if your SD card is (nearly) full, as it needs some space on the card to do the route planning calculations (longer routes = more calculation). Check to see how much free space you have.

Also check to see that your card has not been 'locked' (little tab on the side of the SD card). The TT needs to be able to write to the card.

I hope that these suggestions fix it for you. If not, a workaround 'solution' would be to plan 2, or more, shorter routes rather than 1 long one.
