I get the error message on my TomTom GO920 saying "There is something wrong with my SIM card, error code 2031". If I try a different phone for update, it does the same thing. This only happens with Traffic. Fuel, weather, QuickGPS, etc, all work fine under my new account with TomTom Home that I'm using under my replacement device.
If I use my previous email address for my busted GO920, traffic works.
I've called TomTom Support, but the group that fixes this only works Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
