Entering Latitude and Longitude

Is there a way to directly enter a latitude and longitude and then get the TomTom One to calculate a route from your current postion?

Navigate to --> Latitude Longitude

Click on "Navigate to"
Hit the blue arrow
Select "Latitude / Longitude"

Be aware that if your destination point is off the road, the Tom Tom will only route you to the point on a road that is closest. To find the point off the road, use the "Browse map" screen.
