Enhancement requests

Since the closure of their support forum, their help portal isn't very helpful.
The chatbot keeps running in circles without actually helping, there is no support email at all

I am looking for a way to asks for enhancement requests.

Once you're logged in, tap Contact Us in the bottom right corner. A new box will appear. If you wait a few seconds, "Get in touch" will appear.
Tap "Get in touch" and you should now have the option to chat, normal business hours, or email.

Also not during business hours.

Like I said, this is the most unhelpful bot I have ever seen. You can keep asking questions but the answers will be the same, over and over again, not helping at all and not providing a way out
