I have a Go 510 and it was announced on 13/12/16 that support is to cease for this.
I only purchased this from Currys on 20/9/16.
I have Lifetime updates with this and had it for less than 3 months when TomTom made this announcement.
TomTom predict this product will be unable to update inside 6 months from now so will not be able to carry out the functions detailed at purchase.
I have started complaints procedure with Currys for possible refund so I can update my device but they will not act because this support issue is direct from TomTom and I should ask them.
Surely the retailer is responsible for solving issues?
