Easy way to use/import GPX into TomTom Go (Android)

To get a GPX file in TomTom Go you must use Plan.TomTom.
Isn't there a more easier way?

With many other extensions you get a message which app you want to use.
With GPX file i get a popup if MyRouteApp may open it.

Why is this functionality not available for TomTom Go.

It is indeed the only way. But not the easiest one. Other apps do a better job.
I got an answer from TomTom
They acknowledge that there is only one way. Nothing more.
Nothing like "We will forward it to our development team".
