Duplicate POIs?

Custom POI questions...

Let's say for example that I download the "McDonalds" POI file from this site and install it. Am I now going to have duplicate McDonalds POIs on my device when I drive by one that was already on my device when I bought it?

If you use the general POI search you will see both listings. However, the icon will help show you from with POI the result is from.
If you use the category search, then you won't have a problem.
