downloading voices

I went onto satnavvoices.com and downloaded a free voice. Unfotunately it does not download the .toc (table of contents) file as well so when I copy over to the appropriate voice folder on my hard drive the software doesn't recognize it. Anyone familiar with this and can help me out? Thanks
