does not turn on !!

i have classic tomtom go 300 it feel from the dash borad inside the car and does not turn on ,if i connect the charger to it the green line comes on but it does not turn on

Same problem here

My TomTom 910 been working great, but I did the software upgrade yesterday cause I haven't done it in a while, but since then I can't even turn it on or it freeze on the welcome screen...

You use HOME to do it. You had to have done a backup first.
