Do I have a problem

I have an XL IQ Routes version and connected to my PC to do the usual updates, etc.

However, looking at the folder using Explorer, I have a load of rubbish on the TomTom (see attached jpeg file).

Not noticed these before. Do I have a problem and, if so, how do I fix it.

The device appears to be working normally

Have you got a backup of the device from when it was new preferably created using Windows Explorer? if so format the drive associated with the TomTom which will wipe it clear all that rubbish off the device then copy your backup to the device.
That rubbish certainly shouldn't be there at all - Mike

I have the same problem before on my 140S. I ended up reformatted my TT and re-download everything again using TT Home. That's when my unit is only 2 weeks old. If your unit is older than 30 days, you may be able to download everything except the map. If you did not backup your unit, you need to at least backup you map folder before formatting your unit.

Just to make it clear, the screenshot was of my TomTom device itself - NOT a directory on my PC.

I used Acronis to backup the TomTom, I assume a normal restore will suffice
