Disable GPS Voice so I can hear MP3 via FM, Suggestions?

Okay...I'm driving home...so I know how to get there. I'm playing MP3 music through my FM radio. At every junction, my GO920 stops my music to tell me to turn, etc, etc, etc.

I'm wondering if there's a way to disable that voice altogether so my music isn't interrupted ever so often...yet be able to view the road map on the screen.

This is what I tried...play music via FM and get voice through the GO920 internal speaker. Still the music stops so that the voice can remind me how to go to my home...which I know already!

So, how you do handle this?

Clear the route? If it is not navigating for you, I do not think it will say anything.

Disable the voice. Go to: change preferences>voice preferences>disable voice.

If you do not ask it to give you directions home then you won't be interrupted by the voice.

when you are playing music and have a navigation set,
just go to your preference menu page 1 of 8 and select voice preferences
Then select disable voice.
