Hi there, I'm new and have a problem with my Tom Tom Start. I have just bought a Start Europe for my partner and he has the same problem. When using it, it is showing a sideways view on the map. With the arrow travelling to the left. This happened on my Tom Tom and I thought resetting it would help, but didn't want to lose the addresses already stored. But my partner has used his for the first time and has the same problem, he has reset his and it has made no difference. it's probably something simple, (I hope!) but its exasperating nonetheless!
