Digitizer problem..6250 Pro

Hey,
I have huge problem with my TT 6250 pro.. i must change digitizer and now i have problem.. i change two times digitizer and they didnt work.. a question is.. i must use new software or do hard reset ??

Yeah, lcd is also good but with digitizer/screen didnt work correct

Perhaps the socket that connects the screen to the motherboard is not properly seated?

Hmm i think its fine but i look when i'm back to home
