Details of POI being shown (POI Warning)

I can set up POI warning. I.e. if near a POI in certain category, it shows a blinking POI icon on left top corner. Is there a way to show the detail of the POI as well ? Any hack/util ?

In Browse Map, if you tap the specifc icon, you see additional info such as address and phone number if it's included in the data set.

I know that. But I want it to displayed without going into Browse map. If the info gets displayed on normal screen, I can just glance the screen quickly and know details of POIs without taking my eyes off from road for browsing map.
