Hi,
Nowadays, each time I connect to Drive Connect, which is installed on my Windows 10, after logging in I have to go through a kind of small, funny exam. Sometimes I have to figure out images that don’t follow a pattern or play a mouse game where you have to get the cheese in the shortest way—stuff like that. I mean, is this really necessary after logging in, or is this some kind of EU requirement that TomTom has to incorporate within their application? To me, it feels time-consuming and irritating, but I just thought maybe others feel the same. Is this just a requirement from "Big Brother"?

Hi,
for the time being I am using a 5100 , but I think I have also seen this when connected to a 6100 device,

would these devices have anything to do with the 'new control system' implemented ?
or
are all users now going through this Captcha kinda thing .......irrespective of device---but client installation of ''mydrive connect'' on windows machines ?
Thanks

Okay, so it seems TT is being dictated by security pangs here.

In my opinion, this is an extra overhead, especially when the user has already logged in with their good credentials.

Thanks, everyone.👍
