Data Wiped???

Hi

Haven't connectd my 510 to the pc for some time, so when i did today I paid to update the map. Is it possible that I have wiped the unit clean by mistake? The download is showing within "home" as being stored on my pc but when i try to install it a message pops up stating there is insufficient memory and "home" cannot clear the space. Is my 510 dead????

sorry forgot to say that the "no maps found" sign pops up also.
