Dash Mount Disc

hi i tryed to mount a dash mount disc on my dash today and the damn thing didnt stick on the dash now its useless what can i use to clean the dash so the next disc i get would stick to it i now why it didnt stick to the dash i have been cleaning my dash wth some cockpit bumper a tyre shine cleaner

This is mostly why quote " i have been cleaning my dash wth some cockpit bumper a tyre shine cleaner " it has left a wax finish like armor all does it leaves a greasy film. Clean it with rubbing alcohol (not drinking alcohol )

always use a little rubbing alcohol prior to using sticky tape or velcro to get off oils residue. I would use velcro on the disc, you shouldn't need a new one.
