Customizing Menus W/GregoryDuncan.com

Good Evening, I am trying to customize my One XL menu with
http://www.gregoryduncan.com/ttmd/index.php As soon as I spend an hour or 2 customizing just the way I want it, I click on create menu and receive an error message.

Cannot create menu C:\tomtom.mnu
Access to path C:\tomtom.mnu denied

What am I doing wrong?

Another option I found In regards to GregoryDuncan.com menu builder,
I am running Vista (you know...allow or deny ). Don't run from the desktop shortcut, instead just go into the program file, right click the exec. file , then click "Run as administrator".
This permits the creation of the .mnu file on the C drive with no problems.
