Could not activate cellular data network -iphone

I always get this message. "Could not activate cellular data network" when I use tomtom app on my iPhone 4S.

This message is not a big problem but is just annoying and very distracting when it pops up.

Is it possible to stop this message? If so how?

Any advice will be gratefully received.
