Corrupt voice names

I have downloaded the two recorded English-Ireland voices. They install properly but when I try to select one, it displays as " (), Chinese." If I select it, the voice works as expected. I have tried removing the voice from the device and from the computer, re-downloading and re-installing, but same results. Any suggestions?

Tomtom reserves certain number for specific languages. It appears the voice you downloaded was misnumbered.

Here's a guide to the numbering system.

So, just rename the dataXX.chk and dataXX.vif files you downloaded to one you see in the guide that matches the language you downloaded and see if it displays properly.
