Correcting custom POI position: can you move instead of add/delete ?

TT's built-in POI has this feature...I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to do the same with the custom ones...it would be so much easier to correct a POI's position if you could just drag it from one point to another instead of having to add & then delete.
