Contact Photos On 5200

Hi,ive recently got a 5200 and linked my iPhone 6s to it via my drive app and synced my phone contacts all ok apart from when i receive a call or sms the contacts photo does not appear on the sat navs screen can anybody help?

Welcome to TomTomForums.

We do not have 5/6XXX devices in North America but our phones do not display contact photos either.
Hopefully one of the European or Oz or Kiwi will have the definitive answer for your model.

Same as our 520 model, just without the cellular connection. As Arno says, ours don't display any images for contacts, either. Not part of the firmware.
