Connection bluetooth rider 550

Bonjour à tous
Il m'est impossible de connecter mon rider 550 avec mon téléphone xiomi MT10pro . Je n'avais pas de soucis avec mon ancien téléphone ( un xiaomi également )
En effet lorsque je veux connecter les deux appareils, deux icônes s'affichent sur mon téléphone . Tomtom rider 550 avec une manette de jeux de style icône et Tomtom rider 550 avec une icône Bluetooth. Je ne peux pas connecter celle-ci avec l'icône manette de jeux. Impossible avec l'autre. A noter que l'icône Bluetooth ne s'affiche pas tout le temps. Auriez-vous une solution ? Merci d'avance.

Have you tried deleting all Bluetooth pairings from the Paired Devices section?

Then pair them again.

Since you are only using the connection between your phone and TomTom for traffic purposes, you should consider using just WiFi (hot spot) instead of Bluetooth to make the data connection between your phone and Rider 550. TomTom's Bluetooth stacks can be fussy, and the Xiomi's stacks are from an unknown source. The WiFi connection will probably be very stable for you.
