Is there any where that I can download computer voices for the 720 other than through Home? Extremely limited selection and want to use the text to speech feature

There are two types of voices for the TomTom. The first type is extremely limited ... directional information only. There are a great many of these out there (even Gov. Arnold and R2D2) but they cannot do text-to-speech.

The second is the "computer" (text-to-speech) voice (e.g., Susan). These are proprietary, having been developed by Loquendo, and I don't know of anyone who has ever cracked the mystery and developed a 3rd party voice. It would be quite time consuming.

HOME is the only place to download the other computer voices for English. There are 4 voices that I know of. 2 North American and 2 UK.
