Computer Voices

For my Tomtom One XL-S I can only use the Susan voice tor TTS. Are there any other 'computer' voices available? Thanks.

Yes u can use Dave. Use Home 2 download him. Go to add voices etc & scroll 2 the second page. There u will see the computer voices option & u can add Dave. He is my favorite computer voice.

After multiple tries to get Susan to work I also got Kate to see if it was a problem with Susan. When I contacted Support an hour later and attached a MSWE clip of folders, their first reaction was that it couldn't possibly be working because I had two computer voices on the same machine.
As mentioned elsewhere, the culprit turned out to be a corrupted NavCor.
(Pity re-installing it didn't fix the ALG problem as well.)

There is no Computer Voices option and no Dave voice on my Tomtom Home (or am I doing something wrong). All the voices are non-TTS only. Does that mean I am stuck with just Susan as all other voices have no TTS capability?

TTHome makes it difficult to find (and add) computer voices but the option is there:

Add Maps/Voices. Now, arrow right 2 screens and you will see an icon for computer voices. Click that and you should see by default 4 available: 2 m and 2f voices.

Duh! There they are right in front of my eyes! My mind was stuck on the Add Voices menu. Thanks!
