compatible Home Dock ?

Does anyone know if this:

... is compatible with the TomTom ONE 3rd Edition? Or know of any USB dock that would fit? All I'm looking for is a tabletop cradle that will hold the TT unit upright and has a USB plug in the base.

I couldn't say for sure, but it really looks like the image is of a TomTom ONE V2 in that dock, not a TomTom XL.......

Since it appears it is simply a USB connector (with a power connection in the back as well) I would have to say YES, this would work since the TomTom's use the same Power voltage (+5VDC) and USB connections.

Also seems like the title does not match the compatibility comment:

The ad says "Compatible with Tomtom One Version 2" so it should fit the 3rd edition as the case is the same (just no SD slot on the bottom).

I wonder why these are only available/popular in the UK and Australia?

I'm not quite sure what the attraction is. For sure, it isn't stability. It appears that the USB port and connector are the only anchor that it has. Maybe it's simply the orientation.

This is for docking it to your computer not in your car. It's just a nice way to connect your TT to your computer.
