Clock not syncing

GO 720 & GO 2535TM
I have a GO 2535TM (App 11.037.920860.84) (0) (3015, 4/5/12), OS 824205 and the time will not sync even though I have a great GPS signal. It is showing Sep 18, 2010 instead of Apr 9, 2012 and the time will change every time I get any kind of update. Is there a way to get this to sync the time and date?
 
When you go to the clock setting routine, does it even OFFER the option of setting the clock, or does it advise that your unit is automatically set via GPS and won't let you set it?

If the option to set is not offered (claims to be in 'automatic' mode), then try a reset of your unit. Hold down the power for 20 seconds until you hear the drums, and release the power button right away.
