Changing Car Symbol

First off,I don't know how to change my signature so I can put my model in all my posts.

I'm trying to change the car symbol in my 325SE XL and it won't let me.
I go to Change Preferences > Car Symbol > Press One. Then it says Car Symbol Changed but it does not change,it's still the same blue arrow.

I could do it before but now I can't.Did I do something wrong when I copies the files to my computer?
Everything else seems to be working just fine,thought.I am at the house,I might have to be in a moving car for it to change.

Car symbols only show in 3D view, not 2D view. Is that the issue?

You seem to have found out how to show the model in your sig line. Is it not correct? You get to it via the User CP tab at the top and then 'edit signature' on the left side.

I had it in 2D and now it's working.

I changed it earlier and thought it didn't work because it wasn't showing up in my first 2 posts,but it is in the new one.I might change it to to SE like it suppose to be.
