Hi!

Is there anyway to change the different levels of the auto zoom levels?
I find all too zoomed in when using the auto zoom function.
Are the settings somewhere on the SD-card? Can they be edited?

OK thanks for the answer. Very sad.
Equally sad that you can't set the non-auto zoom level to something you like and have it come back at that same level after a power cycle.
Have been asking TT to make the 2D and 3D zoom levels 'sticky' for years, but no joy.
I have to + + + every time I start up the device and plan a route to get a zoom that matches my 'personal sense of horizon' for city driving.
I have to - - every time I start up the device and plan a route for rural driving.

Are we talking about the same system? I'm having the built in Renault Laguna 3 Carminat system. And that one remembers the zoom level if I have it on manual. It would be very annoying to be forced to adjust that every time. So I feel your pain if you have to do that.
Have you had any response from TT why they don't think that is a feature well worth implementing?
Some where in the system the values are set, so it shouldn't be impossible to get to, if you only knew how. Even if you had to do some kind of firmware update.

It's not Tomtom who decides if the Carminat can receive a firmware update, it's Renault who decides.

The Carminat was discontinued in 2013, so Renault is not going to pay Tomtom for an update.
