My built in carminat tom tom doesn't offer me the option to choose non toll roads. My previous 1XL tom tom always gave me the choice--- why should this be and can i somehow get this option?

? A choice between "never, ask, and always" are not available under "Planning preferences"? I've never seen a TomTom that didn't offer that option.

It should be there.... Have a look on System settings page 4 of 6.
