Cant upload new Maps

I recently bought TOM TOM GO 720 from canada. I am from Macedonia, Europe.
I tried to add GO500 Eastern Europe map to my TOM TOM GO 720 but i cant....
it asks me to enter activation code....i can get activation code on tom tom site only if i have product code....
but i dont have product code because the 7xx serie of tom tom doesnt go with product code...with that serie you dont need to activate the new maps....(that;s what tom tom site says)
so...can someone tell me how can i add GO 500 Eastern Europe maps to my TOM TOM GO 720?
or any kind of solution?

Sorry but the 500 map is not meant for a 720. As far as I can see, it isn't even offered on TomTom's site. So, I won't even ask where you got the map. It won't work on your unit. There are Eastern Europe and Central & Eastern Europe maps available for purchase that are meant for the 720.
