can't make a poi

Hi I have a tt one 130 and can't make a self made poi to work, I copy the file to the map folder (US&Can) restart and it shows the POI category but if i try to open it sais poi not found.
can sameone help me, thanks

POI files for a TomTom need to be in ov2 format not csv (thats for Garmin) - have a look at POIEdit to convert your file to the required type see Here - Mike
