I'm hoping someone on here is more helpful than TomTom customer services themselves.
I've had my GO Professional 6200 for 3 years and it's brilliant. Each year I have the same issue when it comes to renewing my LIVE subscriptions.
I don't have Windows or MAC I operate on Google Chromebook. There is no way of me linking my device to my account, can someone please help me out, normally customer services link it for me but it seems each agent I've spoke to just keep telling me to download MyDrive connect on my laptop, They are not getting that my device is incompatible.
This is so frustrating.
Any help would be much appreciated.
