can't connect to live services

Hi,

I have a tomtom 1000 go live device, however i can't seem to connect to live services. if i go into settings--> staus and information--> Verision information --> Network --> them mcc and sim id keep coming on and disappearing and status stays on connecting. is there any thing i can do??

Precious little the user can do with models such as that on their own. Have you tried resetting the unit by holding the power button about 10 seconds till you hear the drum roll?

If that doesn't work, guess a call to UK support is necessary:
