Hi All,
This problem cropped up on my Rider 550 a couple of weeks ago and I'm stumped.
Whenever I start a route I can no longer see a way to cancel the navigation along the route. Before this issue started, there was a small "x" icon in the panel on the right side of the Rider 550 screen that would cancel the navigation when selected. (This is the panel that shows the distance to the nearest gas station along the route, as well as traffic delays.) That panel no longer shows the route cancellation icon.
This is a problem because the route resumes even after the device goes to sleep or is turned off. The only way to resolve it is to start a new route. Obviously, there are many times when I'm not riding on a planned route and don't want to receive navigation instructions.
Does this call for a firmware update, or a reset?
Thanks,
Rob
