Cannot switch maps on One XL

I live in Australia, but recently travelled to Western Europe; I used my One XL there without problem, but upon return, I find I cannot switch back to the Australian map. On the Switch Maps page, only the Western Europe map is listed, but if I go into Manage My Device in TomTom Home, it says the Australia map is definitely installed!

The Australia map is version 675.1431
The Western Europe map is version 715.1689

Any idea how I can get my Aussie maps back?!

When you use Explorer, do you see the Aussie map on the unit? Have you tried a reset of the unit?

I can see the maps in Explorer no problem; having done a hard reset, the device is now saying that the memory card is read-only (which it is not, at least not in hardware). This sounds like a terminal experience perhaps for the memory card?

I'll try installing a new memory card and then restoring from backup tonight.
