Cannot set up a data connection with my Motorola Q9H

I just purchased a Moto Q9H with unlimited data on AT&T. I have hands free working with my TomTom but as I walk through the TomTom 720 menu during the connection process the Q9H is not listed as one of the phones to use for data, although on the TomTom website it is listed as having been tested by TomTom for data services.

Is there some secret to getting the data connection paired? - I tried every Moto phone model listed on the TomTom but none of them allowed a successful pairing.

Do I need to pair on the TomTom using "manual" mode? If so, does anyone know where there are instructions available to do this? It asks for IP addresses and all kinds of other info.

Go to this link and look at my post #155, I have not been able to get the phonebook to work so when you get to that point, I would not download the phonebook.
